Single cyclone separator

Single cyclone separator uses certain pressure to inject liquid containing particles and impurities  along the tangent direction of the inlet mouth  with high speed into the cyclone separator ,and by the downward spiral motion, causes the liquid to form  eddy current in the cone, the solid particles in liquid  is flung to the cone of the wall by centrifugal force. Under the drive of gravity and fluid ,the solid  particles along the wall is discharged by discharge port .After separation ,clean liquid along the axis of the cone after reach the bottom ,it  formed  vortex inside, finally discharge from the outlet of the vortex separator, so as to achieve net and dirty liquid separation.

Single cyclone separator is mainly used to separate the small particles in liquid, suitable for separating the particles in high speed grinding, strong grinding, general finishing emulsion and low viscosity oil-based cutting fluid.After cleaning, the cutting fluid can increase the life and reliability of the tool, improve the machining quality of the parts, prevent the deterioration of the cutting fluid, and extend its service life.

 

Application:

It is suitable for the separation of powdery and granular impurities in cloudy liquid.
