Magnetic roller separator is made of strontium ferrite or Ndfeb permanent magnetic material, which produces a strong magnetic field and can continuously discharge chips. Steel magnetic roller's diameter is large,so adsorption area is large, Liquid guide plate is installed in the box,and magnetic roller are concentric circles, The combination of the two can make the magnetic impurities in the separated liquid adsorbed to the magnetic roller to the maximum extent, so as to achieve a good separation effect.
Magnetic roller separator is mainly used for the separation of powder or fine chips, iron chips and steel chips in the coolant to purify the coolant.Using magnetic separator can reduce the number of wheel corrections, reduce tool wear, and improve the workpiece.
Application
It is suitable for removal kinds of Iron powder of machine tool coolant, and has excellent effect on improving the machining accuracy and surface roughness of machine tools, keeping the coolant clean and tool life.
The coolant medium is water, kerosene or liquid which kinematic viscosity not greater than 30(CST).
