Permanent magnetic chip conveyor which magnetic force is generated by permanent magnetic materials, it adsorb iron chips on the working panel, then transport them to chip collection box.

Introduction:

Permanent magnetic chip conveyor which magnetic force is generated by permanent magnetic materials, it adsorb iron chips on the working panel,then transport them to chip collection box.

It can be used to transport powder, particle and non-roll scrap less than 10mm in dry processing engineering. It can also be used to separate the debris (not including powder) in coolant medium such as oil and emulsion and transfer it to the designated chip removal box..

Permanent magnetic chip conveyor can be widely used in CNC machine tools, modular machine tools, machining centers, gear machining machines, drilling, milling, boring, reaming, drawing and other mechanical processing equipment and automatic line, pipeline iron transfer.It can work alone or interact with the main machine ,It can be used as conveyor and lifter for magnetic small parts, which is the ideal supporting equipment in modern machining industry.It is divided into dry type and wet type two kinds of forms.

 

Application:

Cast iron chips and steel chips with  length less than 100mm,It can be used as primary filtration with the purification unit.
