Industrial coolant filtration system

Introduction:

Industrial coolant filtration system is composed of Water box, Driving mechanism,Automatic paper roller device,  Non-woven /paper , Reduction motor, Slag car, etc.

The chain, screen and filter paper on the driving mechanism of the paper belt filter are all in the shape of arc. When the dirty fluid passes through the paper belt, fine chips and impurities are adsorbed on the upper surface of the filter paper, and the filtered cooling liquid enters the water tank.Cutting and impurities are  gradually accumulate on the filter paper until the filter paper is blocked. At this time, the sewage liquid level rises, the float ball  floats, the automatic paper walking control mechanism sends messages, and the Reduction motor drives the chain and screen movement to discharge the dirt ,and dirty paper into the slag car, so as to realize the automatic replacement of filter paper.After the filter paper is replaced, the liquid level of the sewage will drop, the deceleration motor will stop working, and the paper belt filter will enter the next working cycle.

Application:

Industrial coolant filtration system are mainly used in finishing machines, such as grinders, honing machines, and high purification degree of cutting fluid is required.

2.It can effectively remove impurities and particles in the coolant, can be used alone, can also be used with other chip removal purification equipment, as a secondary filtration device,and it  is the ideal supporting components for the grinder deep hole drilling machine and other .Filtration accuracy is 16-20um.
